Emma Johnston - JP

Emma started her career in the legal industry in 2014 after finishing school. After working in various areas of Law, she discovered her passion was for property. Emma then commenced with our team in 2019 and started her studies.

Emma has now graduated from Macquarie University as a Licensed Conveyancer. Emma would have to be the most organised member of our team, keeping us all in order to ensure no deadlines pass us by.

Emma was born in Bega and completed her HSC at Bega High School. With her family all being local, it doesn’t take long for clients to make the connection with Emma and her family. Emma honours her Bega clientele and now manages our Bega office.

Toni Bailey - JP

Toni enjoys all aspects of conveyancing but honours her Snowy Mountains roots for a special interest in ski field property transfers and rural property. Toni loves making each of your transactions as simple as possible, including breaking down the legal jargon for you. Toni will turn long-winded legal phrases into bite-sized pieces of plain English, so you can properly understand the terms of your contract and feel confident about what’s happening.

Toni first joined our team in 2014 in our Bega Office. Feeling the calling of her hometown, she departed in 2016. Lucky for us, she couldn’t stay away for too long and re-joined Sapphire Conveyancing in March 2019, and now manages our Jindabyne office.

Toni graduated from Macquarie University as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2009 and is a registered member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and Certified Justice of the Peace.
